Reporting To

Senior Programmes and Strategic Operations Manager

Description

To lead the effective delivery of SANS EMEA training programmes, acting as the client-facing delivery owner for assigned programmes and ensuring delivery activity is planned, coordinated, tracked and communicated effectively.

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for managing programme delivery from mobilisation through to completion, including client and stakeholder management, learner experience, instructor and course coordination, programme plans, risks, issues, actions, reporting, financial tracking and delivery outcomes.

Working within agreed PMO governance, the role ensures programme information is accurate, risks and dependencies are visible, decisions are escalated appropriately, and delivery remains aligned to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and commercial expectations.

The role may provide delivery feasibility input into new or developing opportunities, but primary accountability is for successful programme delivery and client-facing ownership once work is agreed.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery Ownership

  • Lead the mobilisation, delivery and close-down of assigned SANS EMEA training programmes, academies, pilots and customer-specific projects.
  • Act as the client-facing delivery owner for assigned programmes, ensuring clear communication, agreed expectations and effective follow-through.
  • Develop, maintain and proactively manage programme plans, actions, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate delivery requirements across learners, clients, instructors, internal teams, partners and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure programme activity remains aligned to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, learner/client experience and commercial expectations.
  • Manage multiple programmes or workstreams at the same time, balancing priorities without compromising quality or delivery.

Programme Scoping and Delivery Feasibility Support

  • Provide delivery input into the scoping of new or developing programmes, academies and customer-specific projects.
  • Support the assessment of implementation requirements, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and delivery feasibility.
  • Contribute delivery insight to proposals, statements of work or planning discussions where required.
  • Work with New Business, Centre of Excellence, PMO and relevant stakeholders to ensure proposed delivery models are practical, clearly understood and aligned to operational capacity.
  • Use lessons learned from existing programmes to inform future programme planning and delivery improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
