Full Time, Fixed term contract until March 2027
£42,000 - £44,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
We are hiring a Service Delivery Lead to join Xyla Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare provider delivering innovative and high-quality services that improve access to healthcare and create better outcomes for patients and participants across the UK.
In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across mobile clinic services supporting the Our Future Health project. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, participant-centred services, whilst leading frontline teams, driving service improvements and ensuring compliance with clinical governance standards. Acting as the key operational contact on-site, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional participant experience and maintaining service excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams across mobile clinic locations.
- Support healthcare colleagues with participant assessments, measurements and venepuncture, including complex blood collection procedures where required.
- Monitor participant flow and operational performance, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with SOPs and clinical protocols.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, incidents, complaints and clinical concerns, ensuring appropriate resolution and reporting.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, investigations and service developments that enhance participant experience and outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- Current NMC or HCPC registration.
- Minimum 12 months’ phlebotomy experience with strong venepuncture skills.
- Experience working within an outpatient, diagnostic or similar clinical environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and supporting teams in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality standards, incident reporting, risk management and infection prevention and control.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
