Service Delivery Lead

Shaftesbury Martello Road, Eastbourne

At Shaftesbury Martello Road, we're looking for an inspiring Service Delivery Lead to join our dedicated team and play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred support to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary does not meet current Home Office sponsorship requirements.

About The Role

As our Service Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for providing strong leadership and support to both colleagues and the people we support, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery are maintained at all times.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and making a meaningful impact within the community.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading and supporting teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring effective systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Driving service improvement initiatives and promoting best practice.
  • Working collaboratively with external agencies and governing bodies.
  • Identifying and supporting new business and growth opportunities within the service.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and empowering culture for both colleagues and people supported.

Shaftesbury South East delivers high-quality, person-centred support that enables adults with intellectual and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Based In The Eastbourne Area, We Provide

  • Supported living in shared tenancy accommodation.
  • Support within individuals' own homes.
  • Tailored care designed around each person's unique needs, aspirations and choices.

About You

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced care professional who:

✅ Holds current CQC Registered Manager status, or is able to obtain registration.

✅ Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards achieving this qualification.

✅ Has strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

✅ Is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for people we support.

✅ Shares our values and commitment to inclusion, dignity and empowerment.
