Service Delivery Manager
An exciting opportunity to join a leading Digital Out of Home media business and take ownership of the technology services supporting a large-scale digital screen network.
This is a key operational role, bridging IT service management, infrastructure, suppliers, and project delivery to ensure critical systems remain reliable, resilient, and ready for future growth.

- Managing the performance of core IT and technology services
- Leading a service desk environment and team
- Improving screen and network uptime
- Managing incidents, problems, changes, and SLAs
- Transitioning selected services from MSPs into internal operations
- Managing suppliers, contracts, and service reviews
- Supporting technology deployments across the DOOH estate
- Introducing improved monitoring, reporting, and automation

We’re looking for someone with strong IT service delivery experience, knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and a background in infrastructure, networking, or operational technology environments.
Experience within Digital Out of Home, broadcast, media infrastructure, or distributed device networks would be a real advantage.
