As Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of customer programmes. Working closely with the Operations Director and cross-functional internal teams, you’ll help drive actions forward and ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer tickets and operational requests
- Tracking action plans and ensuring deliverables are completed
- Preparing reporting packs and customer updates
- Supporting QBRs and MBRs
- Coordinating across internal teams to drive operational performance
- Building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
