Venue Operations & Service Delivery Manager

Hospitality, food, drink and entertainment destination
South West London
Salary up to £45,000 + 10% performance bonus
5 days over 7 including weekends

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Venue Operations & Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse riverside food, drink and entertainment destination.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for people, service, commercial performance and operational standards. You will oversee a varied F&B environment, working with multiple operators and stakeholders to ensure the venue runs smoothly and delivers an excellent customer experience.

The operation is fast-paced and constantly evolving, with regular events and peak trading periods. We are looking for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, solving problems and getting the best from their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operation and ensure consistently high standards.
  • Manage, motivate and develop the operational team.
  • Coordinate multiple food and beverage operators and partners.
  • Oversee busy trading periods, events and matchdays where required.
  • Monitor sales, labour, costs and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, food safety and health & safety.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, operators, suppliers and wider stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Support the introduction of new concepts, activations and events.
  • Ensure teams are properly briefed, trained and supported.

About You

You currently be working as a Venue Service Delivery Manager, Venue Operations Manager, Venue Manager, Commercial Manager or similar, ideally within a high-volume commercial food & beverage, leisure, events, retail, visitor attractions or similar environments.

  • Strong operational and people management experience.
  • Experience leading a busy, multi-faceted operation.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs and P&L.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
