- Coordinating service delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on service level performance against agreed targets
- Managing and resolving delivery issues, escalating where necessary
- Communicating progress, status and risks to senior stakeholders and clients
- Driving process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Supporting the planning and delivery of service initiatives or changes
- Liaising between operational teams and client-facing functions to ensure alignment
- Contributing to the development of delivery strategies and timelines
What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 3–5 years' experience in service delivery, delivery coordination or operations management
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple teams
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience with delivery planning, scheduling and status reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Proficiency with standard office and scheduling tools
Nice-to-have experience could include Agile or Scrum familiarity, experience with service level management, or exposure to ITIL frameworks.
