Mitimes Solutions is expanding into the UK — and we're looking for our first UK-based Service Delivery Consultant to help us build a brilliant client experience from day one.

This is a genuinely varied role. You'll be the technical go-to person for our UK clients, the relationship owner who keeps their accounts healthy, and a trusted voice who can spot when a client's needs are growing. If you love solving problems, enjoy building relationships, and want more variety than a typical support or sales role offers, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning a portfolio of UK client accounts — building relationships, running check-ins, and helping our clients get real value from Mitimes.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues for clients using our software alongside everyday business tools like Microsoft 365 and PBX/telephony systems.
  • Help clients grow with us and supporting our growth effort with your technical know-how.
  • Helping shape how support and account management work in a brand-new UK operation — your fingerprints will be all over how we do this.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll bring

  • A solid technical grounding — you understand how SaaS platforms work, you're comfortable in Microsoft 365, and ideally, you've supported or used PBX/VoIP/unified comms systems.
  • Genuine customer service instincts — you listen well, communicate clearly, and stay calm when clients are frustrated.
  • Comfortable with light commercial conversations — you don't need to be a natural-born salesperson, but you're happy spotting an opportunity and having a conversation about it.
  • A self-starter mindset — you're joining an early UK team, so you'll need to be comfortable figuring things out and taking ownership.
  • Preferable but not mandatory, experience working with Legal firms.
