Service Delivery Manager

Pinnacle Group is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Pinnacle Service Families division. Working alongside the Defence Accommodation Stores (DAS) Operations Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert for the Defence DAS service, which provides furniture, white goods and household items to military families living in Service Family Accommodation. You will be responsible for overseeing the full-service lifecycle, from procurement, storage and delivery through to recovery, refurbishment and disposal, while acting as the primary point of contact for both our client and strategic delivery partner. As the focal point for all DAS matters, you will manage supplier performance, contractual compliance, service, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to families.

Pinnacle Service Families manages 49,000 military family homes across the UK – one of the largest and most significant contracts within Pinnacle Group. Delivered on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), part of the Ministry of Defence, our work supports service families by providing well-managed services and advocating for their needs in everything we do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
