Service Delivery Manager - Managed Services

We're working with a leading UK technology services company that's looking to hire a Service Delivery Specialist to manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and ensure an exceptional service experience.
Location: Manchester (1 x per week onsite)
Salary: £40,000
This is a customer-facing role where you'll build strong client relationships, manage service escalations, drive continual service improvement, and ensure service performance is delivered in line with agreed SLAs.

What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the primary service contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Managing service escalations through to resolution.
- Leading regular service reviews and producing reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Working closely with Service Desk, Technical, Project and Supplier teams to ensure excellent service outcomes.
- Supporting smooth transitions from project delivery into live support.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in a Service Delivery, Service Management or Customer Success role within an MSP or managed services environment.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing service reviews, SLAs, incidents and escalations.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Strong reporting, organisation and communication skills.
