Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?
Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital.
This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs, and leading a small onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
- Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and product availability
- Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates, and stock takes
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
- Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
- Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained
- Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders
- Train and support users of in-house systems
- Produce reports and manage service performance

About You:
- Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing suppliers and service performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare, medical devices, NHS, or managed service experience would be advantageous
