Service Delivery Manager – Fully Remote
£60,000 + travel expenses | Fully Remote | 2 office days per month
We’re working with a growing technology business that is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of managed services customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a fully remote role, with just 2 days per month in one of the company’s 3 offices. Travel expenses for these office days will be covered.
The Role
As Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the named service owner and primary service contact for your customers, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring services are performing effectively.

About You
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in Service Delivery or operational leadership within an MSP / managed services environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong customer and stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading service reviews and managing service performance
- A track record of identifying service risks and driving improvements
- Experience supporting customer retention, renewals or service led growth
- Previous experience leading and developing a small team
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to interpret service data and turn it into practical actions
- Confidence managing difficult or sensitive customer conversations
- Excellent organisation and follow through
- A proactive, customer first approach

ITIL or an equivalent service management qualification would be desirable, but relevant experience within a managed services environment is key.
The Package
- 💰 Up to £60,000
- 🏡 Fully remote
- 📍 2 office days per month
- 🚗 Travel expenses covered for office attendance
