About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager within ZenSec, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity services to our clients. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, manage service performance against agreed expectations, and act as a trusted partner to customers. Working closely with security teams and client stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Essential:
- Strong service delivery management experience in IT security
- Cybersecurity knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving ability
- Process improvement experience

Desirable:
- ITIL certification
- Managed security services experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT security services to clients
- Manage service performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with security teams to resolve service issues and critical incidents
- Own service delivery processes, documentation, and SOPs
- Build trusted client relationships
- Conduct regular service review meetings
- Drive proactive risk management activities
- Ensure alignment with security regulations and industry standards
