Service Delivery Partner

Are you an experienced digital consultancy professional with a proven track record of managing public sector contracts and client relationships?

At Olive Jar Digital, we design and deliver innovative digital services that solve complex problems and improve outcomes for users. As one of the UK's fastest-growing digital consultancies, we partner with public sector organisations to deliver meaningful digital transformation.

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Partner to take ownership of our strategic client relationships, contract performance, and service delivery across a portfolio of public sector accounts.

This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of delivering consultancy services into government departments and public sector organisations, has worked agency-side within a digital consultancy, and can confidently manage commercial, contractual, and operational relationships while driving client satisfaction and business growth.

About the Role

As the Service Delivery Partner, you will act as the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of public sector clients. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, commercial opportunities are maximised, and client relationships continue to grow and strengthen.

You will work closely with delivery teams, practice leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively, risks are managed proactively, and Olive Jar Digital remains a trusted partner to our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
