We're looking for a Payout Service Delivery Specialist to join our Payments team and play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant, and customer-focused payout services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in operational service delivery, payments, financial services, or another regulated environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our payout services operate efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver excellent outcomes for clients, Postmasters, and customers.
As a trusted operational expert, you'll help drive continuous improvement, support compliance initiatives, and work collaboratively across multiple teams to maintain high service standards.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience working within a regulated, operational, or high-control environment.
- Knowledge of operational risk, controls, and compliance requirements within payments, financial services, or similar sectors.
- Experience supporting high-volume operational or transaction-based services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high standards of accuracy and service.
- Experience working collaboratively across functions to deliver projects, improvements, and operational objectives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
