📍 Central London (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote)

Lead IT Service Delivery for a Prestigious Financial Services Organisation

We're supporting a highly respected and growing financial services business in the search for an experienced Service Delivery & Support Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a critical IT service function within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technology plays a key role in supporting business operations. You'll lead established support and service delivery teams, drive continual improvement initiatives, and act as a key stakeholder across the wider business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing Service Centre and Service Delivery teams
  • Overseeing incident, problem, request, and change management activities
  • Taking ownership of Major Incident Management and service escalations
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Driving service improvements and operational excellence initiatives
  • Chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensuring effective governance
  • Monitoring service performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensuring a high-quality end-user experience across the organisation

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who can bring:

  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk Manager, or similar IT leadership role
  • Strong ITIL and IT Service Management experience
  • Proven people management and team leadership capability
  • Experience managing major incidents and service escalations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
