Service Design Lead

As one of Microsoft's largest global partners, we are continuously expanding our portfolio of innovative services and solutions across Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, and Digital Workplace.
We are looking for a Service Design Lead to join our global Microsoft service line team. Reporting to the Global Service Line Leader, this role will play a key part in designing, building, and launching new services and solutions that support our strategic growth ambitions.
You will work across regions and functions, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to transform ideas into scalable, market-ready offerings. Your focus will be on creating predictable, structured, and effective service development processes that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and release of new Microsoft-focused services and solutions across the global organization.
- Establish governance, processes, and operational frameworks that support scalable service innovation.
- Partner with Product Management to convert strategic priorities into market-ready offerings.
- Coordinate and influence regional and global stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure services meet customer and market needs.
- Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across the Microsoft Centre of Excellence service portfolio.

Job Requirements
- Experience designing, launching, and evolving technology services, managed services, or professional services offerings.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including one or more of the following areas: Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications, Copilot, Infrastructure, or Digital Workplace.
- Ability to work effectively across global, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
- Understanding of cloud transformation, modernization, AI adoption, governance, and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product and program management methodologies.
