Managed Services is entering an exciting phase of growth for PentenAmio, and we are looking for a Service Design Lead to help shape how services are developed, transitioned and operated at scale.

This is a collaborative, hands-on role working across technical teams, service management, project delivery and customer stakeholders. You will help ensure our services are sustainable, supportable and consistent, while creating the structure and processes needed to enable continued growth.

Typical Activities

  • Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders across Managed Services, Engineering, Architecture, Project Delivery and Customer teams, the Service Design Lead will shape how new and existing services are designed, transitioned and continuously improved.
  • Design and document end-to-end service models for new and existing Managed Services.
  • Define service processes, workflows, operating models and operational procedures.
  • Establish consistent service design standards, templates and approaches across the service portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, consistency and operational maturity.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers, services and capabilities into Managed Services.
  • Define service acceptance and operational readiness criteria and ensure these are met before launch.
  • Work with project and delivery teams to identify operational risks and ensure smooth transition into support.
  • Facilitate service design workshops, reviews and operational health assessments with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to bids, proposals and customer growth opportunities by ensuring services are practical, scalable and supportable.
  • Support the continued development of the Service Design capability as PentenAmio grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
