Can you bring people, processes and technology together to create better services?

This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change across an organisation committed to delivering great customer outcomes.

I am working with a Housing Association who are committed to delivering great services for their customers and colleagues. As they continue to invest in transformation and improvement across the organisation, they are looking for a Service Design Lead who can help rethink, redesign and improve the services that matter most.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer-centred design, service improvement and organisational change. You'll work across the business, bringing people together to understand challenges, identify opportunities and create services that are more efficient, effective and intuitive for everyone who uses them.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Service Design Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping how services are designed and improved across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and customer experience colleagues, you'll help establish and embed a consistent approach to service design that puts customers at the heart of decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
