The role is an FTC for 12 months initially
Full-time hours (37 across Monday - Friday)
Hybrid working arrangements ideally based 1 day per week in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG) and ad hoc around this as per business requirements
Joining our supportive and growing IT team
When based in the office, you will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
With an on-site mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role
As a Service Design Transition Manager, you’ll be:
- Ensuring a smooth transition from project/programme to BAU, integral to defining service acceptance criteria, which determines when the project team can be stood down
- Defining the service transition strategy and approach, ensuring all services have appropriate support models, SLAs and knowledge bases in place
- Coordinating the development and negotiation of contracts with Application Management Services (AMS) partners
- Leading service acceptance reviews to confirm that new or changed services meet design, operational and business requirements
- Collaborating closely with programme managers, project teams, business stakeholders and IT operations to ensure a smooth handover of services

You will need:
- Proven experience in managing service transitions within complex digital transformation or technology change programmes
- Experience in cloud-based CRM or ERP system transitions
- Background in managed service environments or enterprise-scale service delivery
- Experience working in businesses with multi-site operations
