Job Title: Service Designer
Location: Remote Work (London based)

Required Experience:
- Proven experience delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments (e.g., innovation labs, agile teams, startups, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms and the ability to leverage them for efficient delivery.
- A strong foundation in rapid prototyping, “vibe coding,” or lightweight validation techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Adept at balancing short-term MVP thinking with the ability to iterate toward high-impact solutions.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with a drive for creating clarity and forward momentum.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in sprint-driven project structures or agile workflows.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms that enable rapid development and testing (e.g., design tools, no-code apps, AI-based prototyping platforms).
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly and concisely.
