Service Designer / Design Strategy

Location: London / Hybrid

Rate: £500 - £600 per day / Inside IR35


Our client is a market-leading consultancy looking for an experienced Service Designer to join their team, working across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll be responsible for creating design strategies while being hands-on in service design, working with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

You’ll need a proven track record of developing high-quality design strategy within user-centric or organisational environments. You'll need to show where you’ve worked on complex programmes and leading end-to-end service design.

Requirements

  • Have 7 years of experience in Service Design or Design Strategy
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation programmes
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and connect design decisions to commercial value
  • Consulting or large enterprise experience is highly desirable
