Service Desk Administrator

We are looking for proactive Service Desk Administrators to join our team.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic and fast paced team providing a central point of contact for our clients, engineers and sub-contractors. Your main duties will be to keep our in house and client systems up to date. Liaise with client, engineers and subcontractors to ensure we receive quotes in a good timely manner. Dealing with incoming calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are kept.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log, prepare and issue client quotations accurately, ensuring timely turnaround.
• Coordinate quotation requests with engineers and approved subcontractors, gathering all required information and costs.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotations to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally, resolving queries or escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, quotations and actions taken.
• Build positive client relationships by providing a responsive and professional service.
• Support the wider team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering a high standard of service.
