You'll be based onsite at our client's London HQ in The Shard, becoming a familiar and trusted face to the people you support every day. It's a fantastic environment to work in, with amazing offices in one of London's most iconic buildings and the opportunity to work closely with a successful, fast-growing global business. You'll become part of their day-to-day working environment, building relationships with people across the organisation while also supporting colleagues across their international offices.
You'll provide hands-on IT support across everything from laptops and Microsoft 365 to new starter setups, meeting rooms and those urgent "I've got a meeting in five minutes" problems.
You'll be employed by Wanstor, working as part of the team delivering our client's IT service. While London will be your home base, you'll also provide remote support to colleagues across their wider UK and European offices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
