Service Desk Analyst | Central London (Farringdon) | Cisco Gold Partner | 12 Month Contract

This is a genuinely exciting entry point for an early-career IT professional. Our client, a US-headquartered MSP and Cisco Gold Partner, is in the middle of an aggressive UK and European expansion, and they're building out their Service Desk to support it. Because they're multi-vendor (not locked into a singular technology stack), you'll be exposed to a much broader range of tools, platforms and vendors than you'd typically see in a first support role, giving you a real head start on whichever specialism you want to move into.

What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line IT support and resolving tickets against SLAs
- Supporting day-to-day IT operations across the business
- Escalating more complex issues to the right technical teams, and learning from how they're resolved
- Working across M365 and Excel to support reporting and admin
- Keeping clear, accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

What you'll need
- 1-3 years' experience in a service desk or IT support environment
- A tech-related degree
- Strong M365 and Excel skills
- Full, valid driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
The details
- Location: Farringdon, London (2-3 days on-site per week)
- Rate: £150 per day
- Duration: 12 months initial, with a strong chance of extension
