Service Desk Analyst
Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent user support? Join our IT team as a Service Desk Analyst and play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while supporting a fast-paced, global organisation. This role is Monday - Thursday Onsite with Friday WFH.
What you'll do
- Provide first-line IT support to users across the business.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Log, categorise, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialist support teams where required.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
- Support software installations, updates, and user onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and support records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up to ensure successful resolutions.
- Support compliance with IT policies, procedures, and ITIL best practices.

What you'll bring
Essential Requirements
- Experience providing IT support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Desirable
- Experience within the online gaming, sportsbook, or casino industry.
- Understanding of gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting customer retention initiatives.
- Knowledge of sports betting products and markets.
