About the Role
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and an excellent customer experience to users during a global Microsoft 365 tenant migration.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, along with experience providing user support, managing service desk tickets, and troubleshooting common Microsoft 365-related issues.
This role will support users as they transition from an existing Microsoft 365 tenant to a new global tenant, helping ensure a smooth and positive user experience throughout the migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users during the Microsoft 365 tenant migration.
- Assist users with common technical issues and questions throughout the migration process.
- Provide remote user support and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and update service desk tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
- Escalate issues when required and collaborate with relevant technical teams.
- Support users throughout the transition to the new global Microsoft 365 environment.

Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support environment.
- Experience providing remote user support.
- Experience with ticket management and service desk processes.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- London – 2 positions
- Manchester – 2 positions
- Sydney – 1 position
Please note: The Sydney-based selected candidate may be required to provide support at both Sydney sites, subject to client confirmation.
