IT Service Desk Analyst, Soho, London

Location: Soho, London, near Oxford Circus (W1B 3AG)
Rate: £200 per day, inside IR35
Contract: 3 month contract
Start Date: 26 October
Work Schedule: Office based Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

A global media company needs an IT Service Desk Analyst to support its London office of around 70 users, plus a small number of colleagues in mainland Europe.

You'll be the IT presence on the ground in London, reporting to the US head office. It's a varied role for someone who enjoys being the person users turn to.

The Work

  • Desk side and remote support for UK users
  • Logging, prioritising and resolving tickets to agreed service levels
  • Active Directory and Office 365 user administration
  • Setting up new equipment, plus hardware repairs and replacements
  • Software installs and upgrades
  • Supporting monthly patching through SCCM
  • Keeping inventory and documentation up to date

What You'll Bring

  • IT service desk or support role experience
  • Good Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 skills
  • Some Mac support experience, with JAMF a bonus
  • An understanding of ITIL ways of working
  • A friendly, organised approach and strong customer service
  • Media sector experience is welcome, but not essential
