Job Description
Leeds Beckett University is a modern, ambitious university in one of the UK's most vibrant student cities. Our centralised Digital Services team delivers innovative technology solutions that support learning, teaching, and the wider student experience.
About the Role
Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join our multi-skilled team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering expert IT and AV support while providing outstanding customer service to staff and students.

- Providing technical support across a range of IT and AV services
- Contributing to projects
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience
Requirements
You will have:
- A strong background in customer service and technical support within a complex enterprise environment
- Experience of working in a university or similarly large organisation
- A good understanding of IT Service Management processes
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
