INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
We are hiring Level 1 Service Desk Analysts to support end users during an M365 tenant migration and hypercare project.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT and end-user support.
- Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, login, and access issues.
- Provide deskside and hands-on support when required.
- Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Basic Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work onsite and interact directly with end users.
- Available to start by September 28, 2026.
