Role Profile
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be working as the first point of contact for our customers whether that be via the onsite, telephone or ticketing system. You will be working with a variety of users to resolve or escalate their technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Job Details
- Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
- Base Location: Reigate
- inTEC Brand: Sweethaven Commercial
- Reports To: Helpdesk Team Lead
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Annual Leave: 21 days per annum
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum
- Conditions: Employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. Full clean driving license and own vehicle required.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure
- Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop and system problems and assist remotely within SLA
- Assistance with onsite visits and projects
- Respond to user software or hardware queries via ticket or phone
- Update the ticketing system, ensuring all calls have been logged and all notes are completed and up to date
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team
- Assist in monitoring tasks where required

Experience
- Experience in service delivery environment
- Proven experience of delivering to SLA’s
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Proven experience of working within a team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in an IT support role
- GCSE/A Levels/Degree – A relevant course to IT
