An exciting role in which you as Service Desk Assistant will help build out Product Service Desk. You will support the CLEO Product Portfolio, assist in managing tickets, carry out proactive monitoring of systems, and answer customer tickets and calls within contracted SLA.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills and an energetic can-do attitude to drive our business forward.

Through this mission we contribute to the wider Group ambition to improve access to health and social care for patients and reduce the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care, and secondary care support services.
Location
Hybrid (Ashford, Kent- Remote options available)
Hours
Available 37.5 hours per week, (Monday-Friday), there are two alternate shifts covered between 08:00-16:00 & 10:00-18:00
Term
12 weeks fixed term contract

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure, and two references.
