Service Desk Coordinator

We’re looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our small team Rapport Ambassadors, working closely with our prestigious client to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is all about efficiency, professionalism and great service. You’ll be the go‑to person for helpdesk queries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked and resolved with accuracy and care. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the client’s teams, building strong relationships and keeping communication clear so everyone feels supported and informed.

If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy solving problems, and have experience using CAFM systems, this could be a fantastic fit. It’s a role where your organisation, calm approach and attention to detail genuinely make a difference, both to the client and to the wider workplace experience.

Full-time, Permanent

Hours

40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, proactive service to all building users, ensuring every interaction feels professional and helpful.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering to support smooth, well‑planned meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine processes and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Support reception with refresher training to ensure seamless holiday cover.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets, keeping all requests accurate, up to date and resolved quickly.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Create weekly helpdesk reports to track activity, trends and service performance.
