About The Role
We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Service Desk Engineer/Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support within the Dutch-speaking region, assisting clients via telephone and email. Your main responsibilities will include resolving a variety of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications, as well as troubleshooting network and server problems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled individual with a customer-focused approach to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to end-users and ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken
- Strong technical background
- Practical experience in a support environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Calm and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Proactive attitude towards customer service
- Relevant certifications or training in IT support, networking, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via telephone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related problems efficiently
- Take ownership of support requests, managing them through to resolution
- Proactively identify potential issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Document support activities accurately in the ticketing system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support services
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support practices
