About The Role

We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Service Desk Engineer/Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support within the Dutch-speaking region, assisting clients via telephone and email. Your main responsibilities will include resolving a variety of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications, as well as troubleshooting network and server problems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled individual with a customer-focused approach to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support to end-users and ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Strong technical background
  • Practical experience in a support environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Calm and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive attitude towards customer service
  • Relevant certifications or training in IT support, networking, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via telephone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related problems efficiently
  • Take ownership of support requests, managing them through to resolution
  • Proactively identify potential issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Document support activities accurately in the ticketing system
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support services
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support practices
