About the Role We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in IT service desk operations to join our team in Moorgate, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and building their expertise in Jira Service Desk and Windows Server environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Log, track, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests using Jira Service Desk / Jira Service Management.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and Windows-related issues.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Diagnose issues efficiently and provide appropriate resolutions within agreed service levels.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant higher-level support teams.
- Follow established IT service desk processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the service desk knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously develop your technical and service management skills.

What We're Looking For Mandatory Skills:

- Service Desk / IT Support experience
- Windows Server
Preferred Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support
