Service Desk Engineer | Microsoft Cloud | Training & Progression
We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join a growing technology business where you’ll get the opportunity to develop internally, take on more responsibility and play an important role within the wider support team.
You’ll be a key escalation point for the 1st line team, helping troubleshoot more complex technical issues while also training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with junior engineers.
