Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership for Service Desk Analysts
  • Ensure incidents, requests, and escalations are handled within agreed SLAs
  • Monitor ticket queues and workload distribution to maintain service levels
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings and support employee development.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, recurring issues, or service risks
  • Monitor and report on Service Desk KPI's
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority incidents
  • Ensure all new starters requests are completed accurately and ensure leaver processes are actioned promptly to maintain security and compliance.
  • Support ITIL best practice across incident, request, problem and change management processes.

  • A minimum of 5 years+ support experience and 2 years+ in a supervisor position.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience with O365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, iManage, Aderant and InTapp systems.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.
