Job Title: Service Engineer/Technician

Location: UK Wide
Salary: £38,000 + OT + Bonus
OT Rates (1.5x & 2x) + Door-To-Door Travel.
Pension: you do 1%, company do 8%.
37 Hour Week (Mon-Thurs 7:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-3PM)
25 Days Holiday + BH.
Life Assurance, Sick Pay & Company Equipment.

As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role as the outward face to their valued customers.

Position Overview:

As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service and maintenance of the company's products, with a specialization in pumps over 4MW.
  • Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-site and workshop-based installation and validation services.
  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver on-site training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump industry
  • UK Driving License
  • Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
