Contract Opportunities – Service Design & Service Reporting
📍 Location: London – Paddington Area
🏢 Working: Hybrid
📅 Duration: 6 Months
💼 Employment: Contract Only
💷 Rate: £480/day Inside IR35

We are looking for experienced professionals for two contract opportunities within a large enterprise IT environment.
1. Service Design – SIAM Service Design Manager
Seeking a Service Design professional with 8–15 years’ experience across IT Service Management, Service Design, Service Architecture, or Service Delivery.
Key Skills:
- ITIL Service Design, Transition & Operations
- SIAM / multi-vendor service environments
- End-to-end Service Design & Service Design Packages
- Operational Readiness, Service Acceptance & OAT
- SLA, OLA, KPI and service performance management
- Supplier integration, RACI and governance
- Cloud, infrastructure, networks, security & monitoring
- Resilience, DR, business continuity and risk management
- Digital transformation, cloud migration and service transition
- ITIL Foundation – Mandatory

2. Service Reporting – Data Analyst
Seeking a Service Reporting / Data Analytics professional with strong expertise in Power BI, ServiceNow reporting, and dashboard development.
Key Skills:
- Power BI dashboards, reports & KPI scorecards
- ServiceNow ITSM reporting – Incident, Change, Problem, Request & SLA
- Executive-level reporting and analytics
- SQL for data analysis
- Data extraction, transformation, validation & modelling
- KPI, SLA and performance reporting
- Reporting automation / Power Automate
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
