Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Coventry. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain ANCA CNC machines at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosing technical issues
- Performing mechanical and electrical repairs
- Providing hands-on technical support to customers
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Updating software and hardware as needed
- Documenting service activities in line with company standards
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Communicating clearly with customers
- Supporting continuous improvement of service processes
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Field service experience, including on-site customer support and travel to customer locations as required.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and global support teams.
- Technical support capabilities, including diagnosing faults, guiding users, and resolving complex service cases.
- Maintenance & repair experience with CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment.
- Relevant technical qualification in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation, and use diagnostic tools and measuring equipment.
- Comfort working in industrial environments, with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and capability to work independently and in teams.
