About the role
We’re looking for an Service Engineer to join our team at KONE.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on escalators across your local area, helping to keep equipment safe, reliable and running smoothly for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing on lifts
- Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults
- Completing repairs and minor works
- Ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards
- Providing a great service to our customers
- Working independently while being supported by your wider KONE team
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Lifts Engineering or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within the lifts industry
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A strong focus on safety and customer service
