Service Engineer (Clean Room)

£43,000 - £48,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Company Van + Tools + Training

Bristol, M5 Corridor

Are you a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar with experience installing, maintaining, or repairing equipment, looking to join an established company offering excellent training, door-to-door pay, overtime, a company van, and tools?

On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist business providing equipment and technical support into cleanroom, controlled environment, and specialist facility settings. You will receive structured training, including around 3 months on-site training followed by 3 months field-based learning while buddied up with an experienced engineer. You will be supported in developing your technical skills while working on specialist equipment across customer sites.

In this varied role, you will be based from home and travel to customer sites across Bristol and the M5 corridor, carrying out installations, planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault finding, and general service work. You will work safely on customer sites, use isolators and specialist tools, and ensure equipment is operating efficiently, with clean room experience being advantageous.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
