Territory: Predominantly South of England, with occasional travel elsewhere in the UK
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Minimum £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Service Engineer to join our growing team at Inspace Fitness.
If you enjoy getting stuck into fault finding, fixing problems and working with customers, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be working independently across the South of England servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gym equipment, while helping our clients keep their facilities running smoothly.
Whether you already have experience working on fitness equipment or you’ve worked on other mechanical or electrical equipment, we’d love to hear from you. Full product training is provided, so the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
At Inspace Fitness, we genuinely care about our clients and the service we provide. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys meeting people and always goes the extra mile to help.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
