We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities:
Service Engineer (Medical/Healthcare)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex customer issues escalated from Tier 2 teams.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and identify effective solutions.
- Support product deployments, configurations, integrations and upgrades.
- Develop and deliver technical training for Tier 1/2 support teams, Service teams and Solution Architects.
- Create, maintain and administer service engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in customer meetings, pre-sales activities and technical escalations when required.
- Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Service, Solution Architecture and external partners.
- Participate in system requirements analysis and decomposition of system requirements into derived requirements.
- Lead technical teams during project execution and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and customer interaction processes.
- Communicate technical issues, risks and potential solutions effectively.
- Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable FDA, ISO and IEC standards and design-control procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent technical qualification in an engineering/technical discipline.
- 2–5+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably within an R&D or engineering environment.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Experience with technical product/service support.
- Experience with deployment, configuration, upgrades or system integration.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to train and mentor technical/support teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with tracking/project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to remain calm when handling customer escalations.
