Responsibilities:

  • To service and maintain Hughes Safety Showers products
  • Support both internal and external customers (Sales, Admin, and Operations).
  • Promote the sale of fixed service plans
  • To undertake cross-sell activities, identifying potential sales opportunities for other Justrite Safety Group products
  • To carry out critical field service activities
  • To assist in service van stock reduction and monitoring
  • Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Hughes Safety Showers are understood and met.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of Hughes Safety Showers.
  • Set a good example to colleagues by observing all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company property.
  • Complete all necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including Time Sheets, Staff Expense Claims, site reports, etc.).
  • Attend all training courses and meetings as required by Hughes Safety Showers
  • Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company always.
  • Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment and culture.

  • Competent level of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
  • Industrial health and safety compliance awareness.
  • ATEX, ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO14001, and other relevant industrial standards awareness.
  • Great customer-facing skills.
  • Solid decision-making skills with a desire to fulfil unforeseen customer requirements.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Safety shower technical product knowledge desirable.
  • Honest approach whilst being respectful to others, able to work cross-functionally to solve business problems.
  • Full clean driving license.
