We’re hiring a Service Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of our friendly and knowledgeable operations team, responsible for supporting key investment-related processes on behalf of our clients. It’s important work, and you’ll be helping people access and manage their financial futures.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Process account opening and closing processes and client instructions accurately
  • Use our internal systems to track and complete key administrative tasks
  • Liaise with other departments and external providers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and meet internal service level agreements
  • Deliver high standards of service for clients, IFAs, and investors
  • Work collaboratively with your team while taking responsibility for your own workload

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous pensions or financial services experience - if you’re organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, we’ll help you learn the rest.

Here’s what will help you succeed:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numerical and written communication skills
  • Confident using computer systems
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • A positive team player with a proactive attitude
  • GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent
