Salary: £51,772+ (DOE)

Job Description
Your role will involve supporting an ERP system and playing a pivotal role in a key transformation project. You will be responsible for ensuring service improvement opportunities are identified and where possible are progressed.
Core Duties:
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Service Leads, Operational Capability teams, cross lifecycle functions, customers and suppliers
- Pro-actively seeks out Service Improvement opportunities, working with key stakeholders and contributors in order to identify them
- Ensures opportunities are baselined where possible so that measured improvement can be demonstrated and reported on
- Assist the Service Improvement Manager in driving the Managed Suppliers continual improvement processes, ensuring that the client obtains the anticipated value and benefits from the relationships and associated contracts

Essential Skills:
- Experience using ITIL V3 and/or ITIL V4
- Experience with Incident Management
- Experience with Problem Management
- Excellent reporting and documentation skillset
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, service teams and third-party providers to support business requirements
