Operating within a formal Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function, you will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered seamlessly across multiple internal teams and strategic technology partners. You'll act as the single point of accountability for service integration, driving governance, performance, continual improvement and supplier collaboration to deliver consistent business outcomes.
The Role
As the Service Integration Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance and integration of business-critical IT services delivered across multiple regions and suppliers. Working closely with technical teams, service owners and third-party providers, you will ensure services operate as a single, integrated capability rather than individual supplier contracts.
You'll champion service excellence through governance, performance management and continuous improvement while driving collaboration across complex stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Service Integration
- Own end-to-end service performance across assigned IT services.
- Act as the Service Integration lead, providing a single consolidated view of service health across all suppliers.
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability and governance throughout the service lifecycle.
- Support the transition of new services into operational support, validating supplier responsibilities and service acceptance criteria.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
