Service Introduction Manager
Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months
Location: London, UK
Working Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
We are looking for an experienced Service Introduction Manager to ensure the smooth transition of IT services from project/development into live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Service Introduction, Service Transition and Operational Readiness activities.
- Ensure documentation, quality gates and operational requirements are completed.
- Coordinate Early Life Support (ELS), Warranty/Hypercare and Service Acceptance.
- Manage operational risks and support Go/No-Go decisions.
- Coordinate with IT operations, technical teams, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure Change Management, Asset Management, Security and ITSC requirements are addressed.
