Do you enjoy turning customer insight into meaningful improvements and shaping experiences that deliver real value? At EDF, Success is Personal. As a Service Lead, you’ll help create better customer journeys that make every interaction with IT more seamless and effective.
The Opportunity
As a Service Lead, you’ll help shape and improve end-to-end customer experiences across Enterprise IT. You’ll act as a champion for customer journeys, ensuring services are easy to access, simple to navigate and focused on delivering the outcomes colleagues need most.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, where you’ll join us on a salary starting of £50,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This role offers flexible working across the UK, with occasional travel to our offices in London, Exeter and other EDF locations when needed.
Working at the heart of service improvement, you’ll use customer feedback, performance insights and data to identify opportunities for change. Your work will support EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain, helping create more connected, efficient and customer-focused services while building strong partnerships across teams and suppliers.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
